Should i be concerned - my DS (nearly 2) has not done one since Monday afternoon. Usually he does at least one or sometimes two per day. We were away at the weekend and so he was eating some rubbish and also had a really nasty one in his sleep on Sunday night and then the one on Monday was diarrohea. Also does not seem to have his normal appetite but otherwise seems fine.
Sorry for the gruesome details but does this sound strange or should i just wait a few days until normal routine and eating settles down.
