Boobs feel like need to feed! Not had baby!

Hi I am late 40s and have regular periods and no sign of menopause symptoms but in last few months, especially per menstral my boobs are hot, bigger and veiny, just as if full of milk? Anyone else had this as feel idiot going to doctors!

I'm the same, they feel heavy and nipples are sore. I've got the implant and know I'm not pregnant(unless it's an immaculate conception ).
Not sure if it's when I'm pre-menstrual as I don't really have periods just the odd bit of spotting but looking back it does seem to happen just before the spotting.

I think mine is premenstrual. I no this sounds a bit wierd but if I get dh to suck them( sorry!) he doesn't mind btw! They feel more comfertable, just like after feeding a baby.

It is very uncomfortable, I haven't fed a baby for nearly fifteen years but until about 4-5 years ago I could express a few drops. Had blood tests etc but nothing seemed to be wrong. Our bodies are very odd, I was wondering if it was the start of the menopause.

Yes me too and like u bf was a long time ago, 12 years, they feel like they going to burst tonight!
