For the past few days I have been having sharp pains in my clitoris , I get a sharp pain which seems to come from just behind the clit when it is touched, pushed or pressured in anyway (such as sitting down etc).

Im not 100% but I think I can feel a lump underneath it but it could be the clitoris itself which I am mistaking for a lump, Im not sure.

I am a bit worried about this, any ideas?

Has your partner been a bit over-enthusiastic and rubbed a bit hard? Or have you been wearing tight trousers that might have bruised you?

Are you or have you just been pregnant, lost or put some weight on? I ask because it may be your Pubic Symphus the cartilage/ligament that keeps your pubic bone in the right place , or if it is a lump you should get either checked out, I'm sure that whatever it is its best to rule out anything wrong, please see your nurse or doctor I hope you get well soon

if there is a problem with the ligament usually physiotherapy helps a lot!

Could you have a tiny cut or scratch there? I had this once but only when touched (so didn't last long!) and dh said he could see little red mark just below.
