What foods are good for vitamin D?

Oily fish and liver, I know, but anything else? I thought carrots, but am not sure....

Some breakfast cereals are fortified, salmon, beef has a little, egg yolks have a little. There was a recent thread about quantities. Hang on I'll try to link.

UK milk has virtually no vitamin D. In many countries it is forttified (eg USA), but not here.

a google search will easily show you- but meanwhile., sardines, other oily fish, egg yolks, and it's easy to buy cheap supplements if you want to.
