What ones?
I am walloped by tiredness, had sty and cold sores which I get when run down. kids have had some bugs, and dd has not recovered fully, has couple of mouth ulcers, Dh never normally gets colds and has had his third this winter.
I think it has a lot to do with our going outside less. Normally even in winter we are out on walks t least twice a week. But Dh is working odd hours, I am working a bit chaotically, and bugs have zapped our energy so this has been header to do.
We eat pretty well, but ds does not like vegetables, although surprisingly he is the healthiest of all of us!
What vits do you take and give your children to get through periods like this? Or do you just get more fresh air? Do you think supplements work, for kids in particular? Or a waste of money?
(I take berrocca and spat one for energy but stopped for a couple of weeks will start again)
