bleeding again 5 days after my period finished

Hi Ladies
I finished my period on Friday and this morning woke up to find I am bleeding again. It is not as heavy as a normal period but more than spotting. I am not on the pill or using any contraception. My periods are normally pretty regular at between 23 and 28 days so was a bit shocked this morning. I know this can happen if you are on the pill but just wonder if anyone else has had this and know what it can be.

I had a cervical smear 2 yrs ago so am due another one next yr. Should I go to the dr or just wait and see what happens in my next cycle!!!

Any risk of pregnancy and that the period wasn't a true period? If so then do a pregnancy test.
Or if any risk of sexually transmitted infection then that can cause bleeding between periods too, so would get tested if worried.
Otherwise I reckon wait and see what happens next cycle and if it becomes a feature then go and see GP.
