What do you do to cheer yourself up when you are low after a heavy cold?

I don't want to sound like a big wimp, but I am feeling rather depressed after a cold. I am prone to MH issues at times. I am fine - just feeling tired and run down which will pass, but I am feeling a bit depressed too and quite weepy.
Any suggestions?
DO I jump back in the saddle or take things easy?

just coming out of yet another cold/cough (fingers crossed) so could do with ideas too. Tried a short walk yesterday and felt worse :(, bedtime at 8 -8.30 - tired but not sleeping well , soup for lunch - hungry but not really fancying much to eat... Not sure if I'll have enough energy to go back to work tomorrow or not.

Go for a massage, a facial and a haircut.

Wrap up warm and go for a walk.
