There was an article in a magazine recently but I can't find it, here or on line. It was saying how some vitamin tablets can actually give you the equivalent of 1000% times the RDA etc and in some cases this is a bad thing as your body can't deal with that much of certain things.

Does anyone know which vitamins we need to be careful of please?

TIA

It is vitamin A - that is bad for you in large amounts.
