ive had a splitting headache all week and its also kicking my sinuses off too

as my head feels so tight and sore (feels like ive got a hangover), my neck feels stiff and sore is tight and achy and im absoloutely knackered.. ive had a couple of hours sleep this afternoon but now it come back the headache.. even my eyes are feeling blocked too cos of the headache!!

Can I just say, ME TOO! I have such bad sinusitis atm It's getting me down. I know just how you feel, you have all my sympathy.

have some yummy sudafed and a lemsip!

Oooh I've had this too for the past week, feel better today, but I was so tired I wanted to curl up and die, I could'nt lift my arms because they ached so much, and the headache was a corker.

i wonder if its the weather changing? as one minute its cold and next its warm
