im 20 weeks pg and ive had this cold 2 months today!!

as im full of cold (had one week when cold disappeared in between one xmas eve till nye!). Its mainly sinus cold and my eye is so painful as feels like a full on headcold. I feel so rough and my arms had been aching too. Ive got green phelmgh everytime i blow my nose but docs said there's nothing he can give me when i had this cold for 2 weeks.

im gonna try the vick and hot water inhalation.

my nose and head is so tender and painful and im getting headaches too........

Both dh and I have had awful colds this winter and both of us took 6-8 weeks to get rid of them. Steam inhalation really helped us. We felt rotten and neither of us get colds usually so it knocked us for six.

Its not pregnancy rhinitis is it? I had this all the way through, it disappeared a week or two after birth.

Try a saline nasal spray from the chemist, my daughter had loads of colds and headaches and the spray helped a lot.

hi........i feel so much better as the headcold pain behnd my eye had gone so still sneezing and blowing my nose but i can put up with that but not the pain. i did vick inhalation and it felt sssssoooo good. will do another one later. also used the nasal spray once and it seems to relieved it straight away so will be using that if the pain comes back.
