my left knee is so sore on walking especially downstairs but it can hold weight ok! no swelling but sore to touch around top of knee and inside. Im mid 40s average weight and no injuries. Taken pain killers and anti inflammitries too but no help. Been to gp she felt it and it was sore she just said keep an eye on it for a month and keep up the pain killers. Any ideas, thanks for reading.
