Dd suffering increasing spells of nausea and dizziness

She's 8, I am going to take her to the GP tonight because it doesn't seem right. Last night I googled it - wish I hadn't!!

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone else's child has had similar? She suddenly feels very dizzy and like she's going to vomit. Her face turns completely white sometimes. I wondered if it was a panic attack but I suppose it could be a lot of things.

I would make sure he checks her ears.
Is it when she moves? Stands?
