Natural remedies thats what I've just been doing. I've bought some erichnea drops to boost my immunity system (hopefully it'll stop me getting everything ds brings home from nursery) and the doctor recommended something which I can't remember what its called invicta something or other. its for pmt anyway and it was in the medical journal that doctors read. I've also just bought my bach's rescue remedy ready for when I fly to Spain. Must check this site out.
