itchy neck and chest

last night my neck and chest became very itchy ..so much that i drew blood!! scratching this morning there are nine small red spots at the top of my cleavage any ideas?? i will check in after school run thank s.......ps all i have changed is i used chanel chance perfume as i had been given a sample ,

It will probably be the perfume if that is the only thing that has changed. Have you started wearing any new neck jewelery? new jumper or anything like that?

no prob perfume as it doesnt itch this evening still got the spots through
