Are eggs bad for the heart? Feeling a bit strange after nearly two weeks of my husbands Egg breakfasts

We have generally been eating two eggs in the morning for breakfast for the last two weeks, instead of cereals and milk.

He is such a health freak, I figured he had done his research.

But today after taking the kids to school, I got a strange tight sensation of my chest. Now my left arm feels strange, and I have pins and needles in my hand.

I am a bit concerned. I cannot put it down to exercise, as I have not done any since Christmas.

Go and get it checked out QS,it may be nothing to do with what you have eaten for breakfast.

Not been feeling "right" recently. Maybe the stresses over Christmas (and the last few years) is finally getting to me. I dont know why, but my sister rang me yesterday night telling me that I should really sort out what Church I belong to, and go for confession. She said she was convinced it would be a Good Thing to Do. Now I am feeling more stressed.

Quint, get thee to a doctors for a check-up, my lovely.

You have been under an amazing amount of stress, you don't need the additional worry of being ill.

Oh, and ignore your sister Smile

I had panic attacks with very similar symptoms. Go see your GP to get checked out.
