SPD pain has returned 18 months after giving birth

anyone else had this? Had it quite badly whilst pregnant but went away soon after giving birth.

DS is now 19 months and I've had pains in my pelvis/between my legs for the last month. Classic SPD symptoms I would say - painful walking, pushing a trolley in supermarket, hurts lifting my legs getting dressed and putting socks on etc.

Am slightly concerned as joints in my hands and fingers hurt too and my back also, my father has arthritis and I'm scaring myself that I could have the beginnings of it too :(

If anyone has had similar then what treatment is there? I just wore a support during pregnancy, didn't have physio or anything.

Thanks :)

My DS is 4 and I still get SPD pain! I remember another thread on here where a lot of us were moaning and groaning about our womanly ailments and a few of us, it turned out, still get SPD pain years after birth!

I had it after dd2 and have had success with osteopathy combined with physiotherapy.
