Just a moan really, once a year or roughly every few years i get an odd viral feeling illness. two years ago i had a viral thing that made me REALLY tired and had pains here and there for weeks, had blood tests, dr didn't say much and could do nothing and eventually it just disappeared. at christmas about a week ago i suddenly had a nose like a tap and a head that felt kind of heavy, like a headache but not, mildly throbbing, anyway, the cold cleared up relatively quickly but my head has remained a feeling of unwell, can't describe but at the front it feels, tbh as if i was on speed/drugs, and the last two nights i have not been able to sleep, literally and i normally LOVE sleeping, no problems. don't want to take sleeping pills OR go to dr. anyone else had similar. the thing that i find scary whilst lying in bed away is worrying how long this may last. my body sleeps, is very comfortable, i am not wrigglying around or lying there thinking about anything, i just can't sleep, just like being on drugs memories of when i was younger, not nice i have to say, freaking me out man!
