worried about dh & recovery from gallbladder op

dh had his gallbladder out last thursday. he's been ok, hardly taken the pain killers the hospital sent him home with, but i think he's been doing far too much. he's never taken a day off sick before so having a 2 week sick note is alien to him and he's not taking it easy at all.

he's not good this morning at all, headache and sweating, this may be completely unrelated to op as both me & ds were ill with similar over xmas.

anyone else had the gallbladder op?, what was the recovery like?

When he was discharged was he given a number to contact at the hospital in case you had any worries. If so call it, otherwise call your GP.

It could be the flu but could also be related to the op so it is best to get it checked out.

we were told to go to the gp if any problems. he's asleep now, if he's still not right when he wakes, i'm ringing for an appointment whether he likes it or not!
