Does anyone know how quickly you can get an MRI scan if you go private?

Depends on the area and why you might need one, but next week here - dh got his GP to refer him to Knee specialist, had appt a week later and they'd scheduled an MRI for that appt based on the referral letter

Cost would be £150 ish for consultant appt, then £700 for MRI

within a week usually- cost approx.£800!

I actually had one the same day as they had a cancellation.
