What exercise can you do following a c section? I know most people say to wait until 6 weeks following the birth but I have read somewhere that you can do something called a pelvic tilt - what is this? Is there anything else I can do?

I got a leaflet from the physio in hospital before I was discharged after my c-section. It was mainly exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor I think. My hospital also ran a post natal physio/exercise class.

I think you are the best person to judge what you can do! It depends how fast you heal and how you feel. I was snowboarding 4 weeks after my section and felt fine.
