I've never prescribed it (practice nurse who also does family planning) and am discouraged from doing so due to cost. I don't think you'll find a lot of people on it. Have you started on it?

I start on it from next period.
I've had years of problems, havent got on with other pills, went on the Mirena and it expelled itself. Was recommended Novasure but not quite ready for that so gynae has recommended this.

It is more for the heavy, prolonged bleeding and emotional aspects of hormone imbalance as opposed to just bog-standard contraception. Gynae described it as a bit like low-level HRT as well as 'the pill'

Good luck with it, it is more "HRT-like" as it has a different oestrogen.

If it doesn't help you've got ablation as a last resort but hopefully it will work. Smile
