overeating

i think i'm overeating. i know that sounds odd but i use think, cos i'm confused. It's not necessarily at meal time... it's nibbles, when dd naps and when she is in bed at night.

i had a mild ed when i was at uni, but was deffo the other way... I'm scared that I don't have as healthy a relationship to food as i thought.

How do i stop myself??? esp as there is so much choc and the like after xmas......

i know this sounds petty but it is worrying me.
