DD-11mo- has developed a raised very red rash just on her arms, legs and sometimes bottom which was helped by steroid cream but instantly flares up when she gets in the bath. We don't put anything in the water- it happens within a copule of seconds of her getting in.
Just wondered if anyone has experienced anything similar?
