Painful Feet, struggling to walk and no idea why

For the past few days both my feet have been very sore and tender, mainly on the toes. Three toes on each foot are red and swollen by the nail bed (almost like a blister). All night my feet were very sore, even just the pressure from the duvet rubbing on them was causing me quite alot of pain; and I've woken up this morning and both my feet feel bruised and stiff and i have constant pins and needles in one of my big toes (I do have problems with this particular toe, it clicks alot and has done since i was about 13)

Really don't know what's going on, I've not hurt my feet, I've not worn new shoes or high heels, just my standard boots for work that I've worn for years (good solid leather boots that fit well and give my feet some support unlike the ballet pump type things i used to wear)

Anyone any ideas? TIA
sorry for the boring post Xmas Grin

Get yourself to the doctor as this should be checked out. There could be so many causes, diabetes, gout etc. but only a doctor can tell you so please go and see one.
