Has anyone suffered from this. I haven't but know someone who does. I think I read somewhere that if you have had a recent prolapse that you shouldn't lift anything? Is this correct - could lifting a hoover, hoovering, washing floors, lifting laundry baskets cuase problems? Would be delighted if anyone can offer practical advice.

I have recently been signed off for a cervical prolapse and dont know much about it. I have been told not to lift and to rest as much as posible.

Did you find out anything else to do with your prolapse?
