Just before Christmas I developed very small red bumps just on my neck underneath my jawline. They are only very occasionally itchy. Very slowly since they have spread to my chest, then my shoulders and back and now they are creeping up onto my face! I have not changed my diet, washing powder, soap etc or my diet. I have not been unwell and do not feel unwell. Taking Piriton does nothing at all.
Has anyone got any ideas what they are and how I can get rid of them!??
