Ds just threw up one the way up to bed and still doesn't seem quiet right now, so I don't think it is going to be a one off.

I feel a bit queasy but hopefully i'm imagining it.

Please someone tell me it's a 24 hour thing ???

Oh and also Ds should go to nursery tommorow afternoon, if he isn't sick again by lunchtime tomorow, can he go or not ?

I hate to tell you this, but mine lasted two full weeks. Dh's lasted 5 days, dd was OK within 12 hours.

He shouldn't go to nursery within 24 hours of the last time he was sick - so he shouldn't really go tomorrow.

Commiserations - it's really horrible.

nutcracker · 08/01/2006 20:04

Ok will keep him off tomorrow then i think.

Family sick bugs have to be the thing I hate most in the world, mainly because i think, if i get it I have to carry on like I haven't, and still look after everyone else.

Poor thing, does look poorly though, and was very shocked too i think.

Ds puked up for two and half days ,oddly he seemed okish between pukes.Went of food ,but then he's been off food for about a month and ribs sticking out now

nutcracker · 08/01/2006 20:09

Yes, I had the same thing - still had to carry on looking after everyone and everything else whilst feeling really awful. Dh, of course, went straight to bed when he felt rough.

On the bright side, it has meant that I lost nearly a stone so every cloud has a silver lining

I hope he gets over it as quickly as my dd did.

nutcracker · 08/01/2006 20:16

Oh maybe it will be a good thing then if i get to lose a stone
