Vomited 5 hours after 12 months vaccinations

DS had his 12 month shots today. MMR, Varicella and flu.

He has been off colour all day and refused his dinner, fell asleep at the table for 5 minutes and then vomited. He seems to have recovered a little bit. No temperature.

I feel uneasy, am i being paranoid?

Was he well before the vaccinations?
I'd call the GP surgery for advice. It might be a coincidence, but worth checking.

Thanks bagel. I'm 4 hours ahead and we don't have a GP service. It's A&E or nothing. He's now in bed. I'll check on him every 10 minutes for the next couple of hours.
