Recommend workout video / step

With a 7 month old baby, I think it's time to quit with pregnancy excuse and shed those pounds. I like to run, but I never have the time / babysitter / good weather... Anyway so I've decided the only way to work exercise into my busy schedule it to get some workout videas and a step (saw a Reebok Step today at John Lewis for £40). Can anyone recommend a video? And, does anyone know anywhere to get and adjustable step for less the £40?

3 concrete blocks - 2 at the back and one at the front worked for me once.

Try e-Bay for a secondhand step or your local paper. Have seen steps for sale at car boots often.

I like the Joanna Hall ones personally, she gives lots of alternatives for different abilities/fitness levels plus ordinary looking people doing the exercises and no celeb involvement.

Going to the library may be a good idea to start, rather than wasting money on a load of rubbish
