How do I get nurofen or paracetamol into dd1?

She has a raging temperature. She is 6 and refuses point blank to take any medicine. Have just spent hellish night tossing and turning while she gabbled away and breathed so fast it made me panic. She is quiet now and on the sofa but still burning hot.

She only wants water to drink and when I tried to disguise crushed up paracetamol knew immediately and spat it out

driving me nuts!!

Poor sod of a dh is just appy to get his end away in this house

I have checked this with the medical Info people at the pharmaceutical company and it is fine to do this, will have no effect of its action, but don't leave it for more than 30 minutes between mixing it and eating it IYSWIM.

It is the only way I can get this into ds. dd is fine about taking medicine, so her dh in the future should be OK
