Swollen glands and stomach pains

Got really sore throat and swollen glands in neck. Got dull pains in stomach. Having had gallbladder out last Xmas and pancreatitis I am anxious about stomach pains in bottomnof stomach. Someone at work said have glands in stomach and prob they are swollen. Does that sound plausible? A x

Yes mummy it is plausible. Each time my DD has had tonsillitus she has always had swollen glands in her tummy too. They usually hurt more after eating for some reason, but it is quite normal.
I would get checked out at the Drs though if it doesn't settle, My DD was usually given antibiotics if it didn't go away.
