Have had for nearly a week an odd pain in my bottom. It feels like something I've had before that was just one of those odd things you get (mine was prob related to anxiety) but when I had it before it didn't last nearly as long.
I have on and off a sort of discomfort feeling inside my bottom hole . Sometimes it progresses to quite bad pain which doesn't last that long, but is nasty and sharp and when bad I can't move. It sometimes feels like I need to go to the loo but I can't or don't need to. Sometimes when I do it feels alot better afterwards.
I had put it down to a nervy thing but since it's never lasted this long and I had a teeny tiny amount of bleeding when I wiped today (bright red) I'm getting a bit 
. I did have bad ovulation pain last week (it's worse now I have a coil) and a bout of IBS spasms which haven't yet died down - I'm hoping everything is just a bit mental in the lower tummy area and will settle down
