Help, I have plantar fasciitis and fallen arches, and I am getting fatter and fatter!
I have had PF before, but have just rested for a couple of weeks, and then it's been fine. However, this was before pregnancy. This time, it's been over 12 months, and my GP says I have fallen arches too. I have a hospital appointment booked (not sure what they will do?!), but I need to do something before then exercise-wise.
I'm not keen on swimming (can't be doing with the hours of hair removal it necessitates, but that's another issue!), and I've always just put on my trainers and run. Could I go to a gym and use an exercise bike/cross trainer?
I've never been this fat and unhealthy, please help!
