baby high temp

Hello could any one tell me what they consider a high temperature in a 6 month old baby please.

dd woke up shivering, checked her temp its 36.4. Its not cold in our home im walking around with a sleevless top on, and she was asleep with a vest and babygro on with a thin blanket covering half her body. although her body does feel cold.
