To any of you who have this did you have cold feet as a symptom?

I've had cold extremities for as long as I can remember and still do, so I don't know if this is to do with my underactive thyroid or just me. I believe it is a symptom though, as is general sensitivity to cold.

I'm a graduate Health Professions Council registered Podiatrist and yes we do expect to see cold extremities. Feet tend to be cooler anyway as they are further from the heart.

And some of us just have cold feet!.

Use thermal socks and insoles and avoid anything hot to the feet eg hot water bottles, putting your feet near the radiator or fire and foot soaks.

Yes, my feet are generally cold - I wear socks almost 24/7! I also find that my feet ache when I first wake up, and regularly get pins & needles in both hands and feet. Smile

Yes, very cold - and very white! Even when heating is on full, the only way I can get my feet warn is to have a bath or put them on a hot water bottle (sorry Fluffycloud, but I hate them being cold all the time!).
