I've just had to shuffle home leaning on the pram.Pains spread right across now and im stuck on the settee for a bit until I can stand properly again :(

Dh is at work tonight and dd1/2 are out too. Trying to get someone to pick them up for me but I'll struggle to get dd3 to bed alone.

And im on a course tomorrow which doesn't seem to have parking so was going to have to do a 10 min walk ( my speed) to get there anyway. No chance at the moment.

I've got an Osteo. £30 a week for 3 months didn't do it , just made me skint.

Achy today but managed work/training , neither of which had lifts but it did give out at lunch time again

I had some improvement in the first couple but it didn't hold more than 3 days. Hence the weekly appts. Then it stagnated a bit
