slightly embarrassing but, i have a spot on my bumcheek which is really uncomfortable. it has no head on it (sorry tmi) but is a lump.
i have tried lavender on it, sudocrem, and now a plaster!
does anyone have any suggestions please.
I need to get rid cos my DH thinks it hilarious!!
