DS was a little bit sick during his tea, not much and didn't seem to bothered by it. He looks a bit pale now and am just very worried he has got the dreaded bug. Am a bit scared of bugs so am hoping its not the case (fingers crossed). Its his first day back and may just be incredibly tired but am worried.

What were the first signs?

For most of our reception children and us it seemed to start with headache and sore throat THEN sickness. Please remember if he has been sick this teatime you mustnt send him in at all tomorrow -even if he looks ok in the morning!

Not sure if he is ill though or had just eaten enough of his dinner, he doesn't really like mashed potato and DP was shovelling in it prior to him being sick. If it happens again I won't be sending him.

Poor you crazydazy, I know how you are feeling right now, but at least you have dh there to help you through it.

Personally, I am getting really worked up by these sickness threads and am going to get off Mumsnet in a minute when I have posted on another thread!

No but he's looking as if he's coming down with a cold. He drank the whole of his bottle of milk and hasn't brought it back so that is reassuring.

Me too Lonelymum, thats why I posted this. Sorry for upsetting you. Came off Mumsnet the other day myself as I was convinced my kids were going to catch it, just feels like everybody has it at the moment and its only a matter of time.

Irrational fear, makes me very irrational .
