How long would you leave it before visiting GP?

If you had general flu like symptoms high temp, sore throat, ear ache etc how long would you leave it before going to the doctors? It's been 6 days now and no sign of it getting better.

If you are really no better go tomorrow. 6 days is quite a long time with a high temp.
