Because mine isn't working. Since I changed the battery I get the buzzy feeling but with no contraction iyswim. I emailed the company I bought it from and they said to buy a new one as its two years old. But I can't spend another £50, but am also reluctant to buy a new probe (£11) and find it still doesn't work. Anyone had a similar problem? Thanks for any help!
