Can stress cause this?

I have been having pains in my left hand side,i can't decide wether its my chest or my breast, all i know is that it bloomin hurts.

I'm just wondering if stress could possibly cause these pains as i am majorly stressed out at the minute.

it does with me, but please get it checked out anyway. Knowing that it is "only" stress may make you feel less stressed about it, IME

Yes, agree with colditz, I have the same. Worrying about it only adds to the stress so go to the drs just to be on the safe side.
