Daily knee pain

I am 37 and am getting aches and pains in my knees and sometimes my wrist too. Went to GP about 2 months ago about something else and just happened to mention it to him so he did blood tests which came back with inflammation markers and anaemia.
Was offered anti-inflammatories but didn't bother as I don't think they were hurting everyday.
I manage to get around well and it's only the odd day it makes it harder to walk/climb stairs etc.
Don't really know what I want from posting.

Does anyone else get aches and pains everyday?
Does this just happen at my age and older?
Or do you think it's something I should go back to GP about?

Yep, me. Gippy knees, sometimes wrists, especially first thing in the morning, and sometimes ankles too.

I've put it down to age (am 46) though the left knee has been dodgy since I was about 16 and it dislocated playing squash.

I sleep with a tubigrippy thing occasionally, take paracetomol/ibuprofen if it's keeping me awake achy, and try to avoid citrus fruit, tomatoes etc. (I noticed the wrists in particular were much worse in winter- GP said from eating clementines etc. Notice a huge difference if I avoid them)

Be very ware of diflueniac_(or something similar, can't remember exact name) (if you are ever offered it) My Mum, dp, my cousin, and 2 friends were all prescribed it for achey problems and were all made so ill that 2 of them were admitted to hospital.
