Littlefish · 29/12/2005 19:20

How are the chicken pox? Have you managed to see Peter at all over Christmas?

MerryKidMas · 29/12/2005 19:22

Wasn't Misdee booked into the family room for some of Christmas? I havn't noticed her about lately, then again, she probably has a Christmas name.

Hope they are all doing well.

Littlefish · 29/12/2005 19:25

Her Christmas name is something like "FairyTaleInNewYork". One of her dd's has had chicken pox, so she wasn't sure whether she would get to see Peter.

FairyTaleinNewYork · 29/12/2005 19:33

peter is doing ok. he had an eye check today as they were worried that he was bleeding behind the retinas (think thats right) but his eyes look ood, tho he needs glasses, so needs to go to the opticians soon to sort that out. dd1 went down with chicken pox on friday, so untill i know the other 2 dont have it, or have got it and scabbed over we cant go into the hospital. we are going to do xmas again in january once everyone is well.

FairyTaleinNewYork · 30/12/2005 13:17

bump.

EliBeentoSantasGrotto · 30/12/2005 13:29

Misdee, sorry about the poxy Christmas may the scabs scab soon. Not sure what that means, exactly, about Peter's eyes - but hope its nothing serious and gets fixed easily. Are you still getting the family room, for your belated Xmas?

FairyTaleinNewYork · 30/12/2005 13:32

hopefully will be able to book into it atsome point for a weekend.

his eyes are ok, no bleeding. just needs glasses, still cant see properly with his left eye after the stroke, but only time will tell with that problem.

EliBeentoSantasGrotto · 30/12/2005 13:37

Ah, glasses - ugh, me too. Hope Harefield pull out all stops to give you both, plus girls, a really good late Xmas-weekend in due course.

EliBeentoSantasGrotto · 30/12/2005 13:40

And how are YOU doing?

FairyTaleinNewYork · 30/12/2005 16:11

me, bit stressed about not seeing peter, but at least its giving me time to catch up on jobs that need doing.

EliBeentoSantasGrotto · 30/12/2005 22:37

Not surprised re the stressed part, but hats off to you for using the time for jobs that need doing - I underachieve dreadfully when stressed! More pox-scabbing vibes to you...xx

handlemecarefully · 30/12/2005 22:42

You and Peter have yourselves a good New Year (if you can)Misdee.

UCM · 31/12/2005 00:42

Just want to send good vibes & hugs.

merrySOAPBOXingday · 31/12/2005 00:57

Can't someone look after the girls for you for a few hours while you nip up to see him?

Surely that sister of yours would volunteer
