Hot red spot on my breast?

I haven't breastfed for about 3 years now but can you still get mastitis? That's pretty much how it feels, no unwellness yet but could it be anything else?
I have noticed a little milklike discharge from that nipple in the past few weeks, is something funny going on?
Bit scared if I'm honest, so any reassurance would be v gratefully received.

Can't really say but would suggest you see your doctor just for peace of mind,otherwise you'll be fretting about it. Maybe a blocked milk duct/infection..?

I have just got over a horrible breast infection, became really unwell and ended up on antibiotics. Mine started with a small lump under nipple and nipple discharge. Go and get it checked asap.
