(TMI) Is this weak bladder symptom?

When I stand up after having been sitting say at work for a couple of hours, I 'wet' myself, and I can't tell if it's piddle or the other stuff! I stand up, walk a few steps, and feel myself get wet right through my pants. I've tried sniffing (sorry!) but cannot for the life of me determine what it is I'm sniffing. Certainly isn't a vag infection, of that I'm sure. I'm late 40s and had my twins by Cesar years ago. I don't wet myself when I cough or sneeze and can trampoline like a good 'un with no accidents. So I'm not sure if it's poor pelvic floor muscles and piddle, or maybe do the vag secretions pool up and kind of pour out? Confused but getting thoroughly fed up with it. Any ideas?

Doesn't sound like weak bladder if you can trampoline... Could it be a mild prolapse? I would have thought that could cause fluids to pool and then leak out when you change position??? Could be either vaginal fluid or urine, although if it were urine you might also occasionally notice after having gone to the toilet that a tiny bit more leaks out shortly afterwards, when you've walked about a bit/stood up (ie changed position), rather than only after you have been sitting down for a couple of hours. Prolapse doesn't have to be linked to weak pelvic floor muscles - you can have strong muscles and still have a prolapse which, if mild, may not have caused symptoms previously, but which with changing hormone levels over the years has become more noticeable????
