Am I dirty, fat and scanky?

I have a boil in my inner thigh. It kills. My Mum has implied its because I am over weight not clean, not healthy etc.....

Hah! When I had a carbuncle cut out of my back, the gaping wound was packed with magnesium sulphate paste and gauze to keep it open while it healed!

I particularly remember my GP asking her practice nurse, when she brought in the scalpel, "Haven't we got a sharp one?"

And squirting Tweed round the surgury afterwards.

John, I had it put on for a metal splinter.... didn't realise the wound was splitting under the dressing.....it did not end well.

But I did nearly make the triage nurse throw up two days later

I found out last night that one of my mates has an absess on his arse. Disappointingly, he wouldn't let me have a look. I have been imagining it all night

Funnily enough... i had cld sore that when on forever till i went to doc about a fortnight ago and he suggested B vit deficiency and I have been taking suplements... I;m not sure though as we do have an excellent diet for B (according to google......) I had a virus and all my skin went hay wire. Everything has healed up and I have my usual clearer skin...

last night we checked the boil area and found there was a manky piece of hair just under the skin....... i reckon it was the cause.

It has nicely scabbed now.
