It's driving me MAD.

I go and do a wee then literally five minutes later, I feel like I need to again. And it's not just the urge; I am actually weeing.

I've had a stressful week with anxiety attacks and I think that anxiety can bring on frequent toilet trips. But I am so fed up. Has anyone else had this and got any tips for dealing with it?

Are you on meds for the anxiety? Drinking caffeine or more warm drinks? Could you have an irritated bladder?
I cannot drink a cup of coffee without spending the day needing the loo.
I have now cut out all caffeine I try to drink only water but tbh sorry have no tips/advice but will be watching with interest.

Cut out all fluids apart from Evian, pear juice and milk.

I was having the same symptoms several months ago and it turned out to be tea Confused I only drink redbush now.

Try to restricted types of fluid and see how you get on. Remember, no alcohol either. See if this helps.

it could be anxiety or it could be that your bladder is irritated which could progress into a uti, over the next couple of days drink lots of water to help flush the irritation out.

the other thing to consider is have you changed your washing powder, fabric conditioner or bath products recently.

Don't know the answer but wouldn't hurt to see your gp? It could be something kidneyish. These things can happen without very obvious other symptons.

It dawned on me last night that for the last three or four days that I have only been drinking Lucozade/tea/coffee. I think that could be it.

I am on beta blockers for the anxiety but only started that yesterday.
