LATEST BT RESULTS -TSH 0.08(0.20-5.0) & T4 19.4 (7-16) SO AM I STILL HYPERTHYROID?

Latest results show very low tsh and above t4 so am i now still hypert? Had RAi in Aug, has this not worked?
