I was browsing online at the enormous range of supplements available and was wondering what on earth they are all supposed to do?! and whether I could do with taking a few?
I've been pregnant or breastfeeding every day for the last 4yrs so have been taking multivitamins/minerals and before that i used to take the women's specific multivitamins with oils to help hormonal balance.
then i read the other day about a like between taking multivitamins and dying earlier. i'm sure i don't need much if any but am feeling really tired and run down so think something might help.
so am just wondering really what other people take and if it's worth it.
