dd2 who is 4 has been ill all over xmas (and before)... 2 weeks ago she was treated for a throat infection with antibiotics - she got better and after 5 days of not eating a bean, starting eating again, and almost back to normal.

It only lasted a day though and on Xmas Eve Eve, she stopped eating again, complained of tummy ache and feeling sick, and neck ache. Took her back to docs again, they said just a virus.

Now she has neck ache, tummy ache and says it hurts when she wees and is weeing more than usual.

I think it may be a urine infection - would this make her feel sick and off her food too??

Waiting for the emergency doc to phone back.. but any advice would be appreciated.

This does sound like an urine infection to me. Especially if it hurts and is weeing often.
I think it could make her turn off her food too.
See if you can get a urine sample off her before you see the doc.
By the way DS has been seen once by emergency doctor and once by A&E in the past five days. We still dont know exactly what is wrong with him.

Definately sounds like it could be a urine infection. It can make them feel pretty unwell with nausea/vomitting, fever, weeing more with pain on weeing. I would take your dd to the dr and get a urine sample sent off.
